The present is a proposal for the constitution of the agency << ADEL-CASANARE >>, led by the NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION-CONADE and FUNDESABANAS FOUNDATION, whose radius of influence will be all Casanare department. This agency will be a potentializer of regional economic development, whose objective is to contribute to the development process of the department, boosting economic activity, improving social infrastructure and strengthening the management capacity of society, and especially, aims to improve the levels and quality of agricultural production for export, generation of employment and income of families, expanding opportunities for social and productive investment; and strengthen the local management capacity of the municipalities.
